Residencia escritores

In July 2025, Malba welcomed the German poet Timo Berger (Stuttgart, 1974).

During his residency, Berger, who is widely known for his German translations of Argentine poetry, worked on a short story collection titled Línea de horizonte (Horizon Line).

He took part in a public interview with Fabián Casas in the Malba library and gave a public reading at the publishing house Ampersand on his life as a reader. There, joined by Alfredo Jaramillo, he shared an unpublished text written during his stay in the city.

Through REM's partnership with the Feria de Editores (FED), Berger joined the Fellowship Program, which invites international publishers and specialists to immerse themselves in the local literary scene. As part of the program, he took part in meetings and activities organized by the FED.
