Malba Literatura’s mission is to promote contemporary literature by creating new meeting spaces that help writers share and discuss their ideas, and gain visibility through publications, lecture series, interviews, and conferences. It offers a monthly program that includes free activities featuring Argentine and international writers, critics, and intellectuals, as well as an educational program with courses and seminars led by distinguished instructors in both on-site and online formats. Since 2018, it has organized the Malba Writers’ Residency (REM), open to foreign authors, offering them the opportunity to spend five weeks in Buenos Aires as part of their artistic and professional development.
