Riccardo Frolloni (Macerata, 1993) will be this year's fourth writer in residence at the Malba Writers' Residency (REM), through an agreement with the Istituto Italiano di Cultura di Buenos Aires. His arrival in mid-October is part of REM's annual program, an initiative of the museum's Literature Department that, since 2018 and with the institutional support of Ampersand, has offered writers from around the world five weeks in the city to focus on their work.
During his residency, Frolloni will work on his current writing project and take part in a series of public events organized by the museum's Literature team.
On Wednesday, October 28, the museum library will host a public interview introducing his work to local readers.
On November 19, Frolloni will take part in the Reader in the Library series, reading an unpublished text written during his stay in Buenos Aires.
